Our membership is our force.
KANCO has members, working partners and donors in its networks and seeks to expand its mandate and reach regionally and internationally. KANCO’s offices are spread out through out Kenya – Nairobi, Eastern, North Rift, South Rift, Western, Coast, Central – linkages with the International HIV AIDS Alliance, ACTION/RESULTS Networks, as well as reach within Africa through the TS Alliance Hub.
We have members spanning all over Kenya. We work with them to implement some of our projects and we offer technical assistance, capacity building, programmatic assistance to improve their systems and strengthen them to move to the next level.
The origins of KANCO can be traced to a group of seven health and development NGOs and religious organizations that began meeting in 1989 to discuss the growing impact that HIV/AIDS was having on development in Kenya. View Our Coverage Map.
We have regional presence with six operational offices in six regions – Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kakamega, Mombasa, Central, Eastern. We also have drop in centers in Mlolongo, Ongata Rongai and Malindi.
