Materials in the KANCO Resource Centres Capacity Building for NGOs/CBOs Program Support Implementation Arrangement (PSIA) Lessons learnt and best practices in Busia, Siaya and Suba districts Program Support Implementation Arrangement (PSIA) is one of the major program componenets of the Enhaned Public Administration Program within the Government of Kenya 6th country program, supported by UNDP. Its is coordinated by the Ministry of Planning and National Development and implemented by the civil society organisations. The PSIA component implemented by KANCO was aimed at capacity building of the local CBOs/NGOs to develop effective responses to HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support among the communities.
